It positions itself as a more comfortable, peaceful alternative to standard youth hostels, offering a “residence” feel that blends traditional Moroccan hospitality with modern amenities.

Peak season is October–April for bigger, more consistent Atlantic swells, you can surf year-round.

On good days, rides can exceed 500 m (even ~700 m reported).

Typical range ~16–21 °C. Bring 3/2 mm most of the year; 4/3 mm in mid-winter; a shorty/3/2 can be fine in late summer. Personal tolerance varies.

Absolutely. Unlike loud hostels, our Residence focuses on tranquility and comfort. We offer family rooms, a safe environment, and a swimming pool that kids love.

The Bay: long, gentle right, ideal for beginners/longboarders.

Cathedral: faster, punchier beach/reef sections for improvers to advanced on the right swell/tide.

Imsouane is tide-sensitive. Low to mid tide often works best at The Bay, always check daily tide charts.

By car it’s roughly 1.5 h from Essaouira (~90–100 km) and ~1.5 h from Agadir (~90–95 km). From Marrakech, many travelers go via Essaouira (bus/shuttle + taxi).
