Important: This page outlines the standard terms for stays, surf services, dining, and use of facilities at Residence Imsouane Surf Camp (the “Property”). By booking or entering the Property, you agree to these Terms. If you booked via an OTA (e.g., Booking.com, Airbnb), the OTA’s terms may also apply; in the event of conflict, the stricter policy will apply unless we confirm otherwise in writing.


1) Definitions

  • Guest / you: The person(s) named on the reservation and anyone in their party.
  • We / us: Residence Imsouane Surf Camp, Imsouane, Souss‑Massa, Morocco.
  • Services: Accommodation, surf lessons/packages, yoga, restaurant/bar, transfers, and use of amenities.

2) Booking & Confirmation

  • Direct bookings are made via our website (MotoPress engine) or by email/phone. A booking is confirmed once we issue written confirmation and receive the required deposit/pre‑payment.
  • Deposit: 30–50% of total, Balance due on arrival .
  • Pre‑authorisation: We may pre‑authorise your card to validate the booking.
  • Group bookings (≥4 rooms or ≥6 persons) may require 100% prepayment and a signed agreement.
  • Age requirement: Lead guest must be 18+.

3) Rates, Taxes & Payment

  • Currency: Moroccan Dirham (MAD) unless stated otherwise.
  • Taxes/fees: Local or tourist taxes may apply and will be shown during checkout.
  • What’s included: Room rate includes private bathroom, walk‑in shower, balcony/terrace, linens, and WiFi. Surf services, yoga, transfers, and meals are extra unless a package states otherwise.
  • Payment methods: Visa , Mastercard , cash in MAD; bank transfer on request before arrival.
  • Pricing errors: We may correct honest mistakes; you can accept the corrected price or cancel for a full refund of monies paid.

4) Check‑In, Check‑Out & Identification

  • Check‑in: 15:00 (3 pm) • Check‑out: 11:00 (11 am). Early/late options subject to availability and fees.
  • All guests must present a valid ID or passport at check‑in as required by Moroccan law.
  • Keys/access: Loss or damage may incur a replacement fee.

5) Cancellation, Changes & No‑Show

  • Flexible rate example (edit to your policy):
    • Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
    • 13–7 days: charge 50% of the total.
    • <7 days / no‑show / early departure: charge 100% of the remaining stay.
  • Non‑refundable rates: 100% charged at booking; no changes or refunds.
  • Date changes: Subject to availability and any rate differences.
  • OTA bookings: Follow the policy shown on the OTA at time of booking.

6) Children, Extra Beds & Occupancy

  • Children: Welcome under adult supervision. Some room types may not accommodate extra beds.
  • Baby cots/high chairs: On request, subject to availability.
  • Maximum occupancy: As indicated for each room; unauthorized extra guests may incur fees or cancellation.

7) House Rules (Respect & Quiet Hours)

  • No parties or disruptive noise; quiet hours 22:00–08:00.
  • Smoking: Non‑smoking rooms. Smoking permitted only in designated outdoor areas; violation may incur a deep‑cleaning fee.
  • Alcohol: Please drink responsibly; we reserve the right to refuse service.
  • Drones/Photography: Respect privacy laws and local regulations; ask reception for guidance before flying drones.

8) Facilities: Pool, Fitness & Yoga

  • Pool: Unsupervised; no lifeguard. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. No glassware in pool areas.
  • Fitness room & yoga: Use at your own risk. Follow posted rules and instructor guidance.

9) Surf Lessons, Guiding & Packages — Assumption of Risk

  • Surfing, ocean swimming, and coastal activities carry inherent risks (rip currents, shorebreak, reefs, rocks, marine life, equipment impacts). By joining lessons, guiding, or rentals, you voluntarily assume these risks.
  • Grouping & conditions: We group by level and adapt to tides, wind, and swell. We may change, postpone, or cancel sessions for safety; alternative times/dates will be offered where possible.
  • Medical fitness: You confirm you are fit to participate and will disclose any medical conditions or allergies.
  • Parental consent: Required for participants <18.
  • Insurance: We strongly recommend personal travel/health/sports insurance that covers surfing and medical evacuation.

10) Equipment Rental & Damage

  • Rental boards/wetsuits must be returned in good condition.
  • You are responsible for loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear; repair/replacement fees may apply.

11) Restaurant, Allergies & Dietary Needs

  • We offer halal, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten‑free options; please advise of allergies in advance.
  • We aim to reduce cross‑contamination but cannot guarantee a completely allergen‑free kitchen.

12) Damage, Security & Personal Belongings

  • You are responsible for any damage to rooms or common areas caused by you or your party.
  • The Property is not liable for loss or theft of personal items; please use any available safes and lock doors/windows.
  • Surfboard storage: Ask reception for safe storage guidance; do not drip boards in hallways.

13) Parking & Transfers

  • Parking: On‑site/nearby, subject to availability; vehicles are parked at owner’s risk.
  • Airport/City transfers (Agadir/Essaouira): Subject to driver availability and quoted rates at time of booking.

14) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, public health events, utility outages, strikes, or government actions. In such cases we may modify or cancel bookings; refunds or credits will be assessed case‑by‑case.


15) Privacy & Data

We process guest data to manage reservations and deliver services, in line with applicable law.


16) Intellectual Property & Website Use

Website content (text, photos, logos) is owned by us or licensed. Do not copy or reuse without permission. Deep‑linking to the booking engine is allowed for personal use only.


17) Complaints & Service Recovery

Tell us immediately if something is not right so we can help during your stay. Post‑stay complaints should be emailed within 7 days of departure with booking details and evidence.


18) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Agadir, Souss‑Massa, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.


19) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your arrival (or the service date for surf/yoga) will apply unless the change is required by law.
